Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a chronic scaly superficial dermatosis, characterised by red scaly lesions. Evolving in flare-ups, it primarily affects two locations: the scalp and the face. The main cause of this pathology is an abnormal spreading of a yeast: Malassezia.
